I am putting together a database of players and looking people up on baseball-reference came across Carl Taylor who played in the 1960s.

His full name was Carl Means Taylor (it does not in any language I know but what do I know?)

That is a full sentence - subject-verb-object.

Are there any other  baseball players whose names make a sentence ?

I can think of a couple:

Pete Rose
Lee May

Any others?

Barry Bonds.
Will Clark?
Moon Mullen.
Crash, Davis!
Any guy with the first name "Nick".

Good use of the imperative with Crash Davis.

Dizzy Dean isn't a sentence nor is Randy Johnson.  Both are nouns with adjectives.  But if that is okay, then you could have

Kurt [Curt] Abbott

Or along the same lines,
Joe Benz [Bends]
Tim Raines (Reigns)

Chris Jones
Tommy Helms
Harold Baines [Banes]

Lee May (Or Carlos or Pinky...)
