Modern Franchise League III

This is the 3rd running of this league, which has been very fun with usually decent LIVE play in the past.   I always enjoy franchise leagues leagues and want to keep a lower cap one active for a change of pace.

In this iteration, I'm throwing in a little change.  The player seasons will be 1990-2014 and for this one you must choose one player from each season.  The 1990's expansion franchises ( Arizona, Colorado, Miami, Tampa Bay) may also be selected and must also have one player from each year and no more than 2 players from one year.  The league will again use 6/4 below average AAA with no restrictions except that they must be from your franchise and from 1990-2014.

If you haven't played a lower cap league before, I'd highly recommend giving it a try.  All franchises are competitive at this level and you'll use players you never have before.  (and maybe never will again).  This league will require you to truly GM & manage ,so come join!

Salary Cap:                                    70 mil
Player Seasons:                           1990 - 2014 and from your selected franchise only.  You must select one player from each season.
AAA:                                                 6/4 Below Average:  Manual draft.  Players MUST be from your franchise AND from 1990-2014. 
Waiver Wire, Clones, DH:           No     
Trades:                                            Yes

Franchises:                                   Only 1 use of each franchise
Number:                                         24.  Traditional 3 divisions per league, inter-league play.
Home Park:                                   Must be one used by your franchise from 1990 - 20134
Divisional Alignment:                  As close to today as possible.  Milwaukee, Houston will be moved first, then newer franchises
LIVE game requirements:         40.  Playoffs must be played live.

Yes. One player from each season for the 25 man roster only. 

AAA can be anyone from your franchise and 1990-2014.
