All Star
Russ is a great commissioner. He's tough but fair. If you cross him unjustly, he will be most unhappy. I left SLB in 2010 and when I returned in 2014, Russ welcomed me back and was very glad to see me. So he's not petty or vindictive, he just believes in doing things the right way. If you agree with that approach, you will have a great time in SOOP.
