The deadline for getting three teams entered is Sunday, December 2nd.

The deadline for getting all six teams entered is Sunday, December 16th.

Penalty points will accumulate for not meeting these deadlines in the same manner that they did for Round 1. Penalty points will disappear if all of your teams are entered by the final deadline.

Note that the Increasing Salary Draft will be complete before the first deadline, so that's an easy one to get in.

I would suggest a series of deadlines for the 70M theme; otherwise the lowest ranked teams could wait until the last minute to reveal their roster, which would leave very little time for the other 3 owners in their division to build their teams.

Fair point. There's a good faith understanding but may make sense to make it explicit. I'll put something together tomorrow.

To ensure that all owners have a fair amount of time to complete their 70M roster, the following deadlines will be implemented. By these dates, owners must complete AND SHARE their rosters with the others in their divisions.

Lowest ranked: Nov 3rd
2nd lowest ranked: Nov 15th
3nd lowest ranked: Nov 27th
Highest ranked: Dec 9th (all rosters due)

These dates give each owner a minimum of 12 days to build their team. Not meeting these deadlines will result in penalty points. One point per day. These points will not be able to be erased.

Just out of curiosity, what is considered making the deadline exactly? I'm on Pacific time, so do I have until midnight here tomorrow? Or is it midnight Eastern? Or ??

Since midnight PT is 3am EST (and I doubt those 3 hours will be prime teambuilding time), midnight your time is fine

newarkwilder got 2 in and assured me via sitemail that all 6 will be in by the final deadline. He receives 1 penalty point per day right now

bothways has 0 in and has not opened my sitemail. If I don't hear from him in the next few days we'll go to #25

ejstockman has agreed to step in. I will give bothways until Thursday, as ej already has a few teams built from before
