I need a change, sounds like fun!

Come on over! Right now we have Delaware State, Morris Brown, Norfolk State. It will be a good challenge. We finally got Delaware State up to where we ended the season ranked and finished 28-2, and we only lost two guys. Morris Brown's coach has been there a long time, and last year we added Norfolk State. It would be fun to have you in the conference. I've probably been in a conference with you before. I know we have played numerous times. South Carolina State will be quite good next year. They won the CT somehow, beating all 3 humans, and only had 1 senior, so they will be very good next year. Bethune Cookman kind of sucked this tyear, but has 7 juniors and 4 sophomores next year. Florida A&M is the farthest away from the other teams and looks decent. Or, if you want a real challenge, Coppin State was 0-27 last year, but has no seniors, so the bar is set pretty low to show some improvement there.

"Staying" and "Chapelhillne" sound good together. I thought you were quietly trying to bail on HD..... change of heart? (It happens to us all!)

ugh, a part of me would really love to do that, chappy, but another part of me is content just going thru the motions while credits slowly slip away. if i were to go low D1, those credits would slip away more quickly. i just dont think i can pull the trigger on this one, even though a part of me really wants to

plus, my D2 tark team, despite being godawful, still has a dream of one day completing my " title at every level in one world" dream.

if i went to the meac i feel like i would be doing good to make the PIT the first 8 seasons.

I will look after next season - My VMI team is returning everyone and peaking next season.

Welcome to the MEAC Garmansouth - Good luck at North Carolina A&T! Awesome Vegas! Keep thinking about it oldie. I have a lot of credits too and I wanted to try something fun, which I have not tried before. I felt like it would be a new challenge. Yeah topdoddbm - I have 4 teams now which may still be one too many, but I have been working with gilispie1 some, and learned some new things which has helped me generate some new interest. The Delaware State team is my favorite of the four teams I have, and we finally have gone from D- to C. The challenge was recruiting the diamonds in the rough that would develop into a solid team. We were 28-0 and then somehow lost to South Carolina State in the CT championship - they also beat the other two humans. It should be a really good team next year. But it was a fun season, though my hopes for a deep run were dashed. Still loved finishing with a ranking, and I imagine we will start next year in the top 10 at least.

The other thing I like about it is I am not having to try to factor in EEs, at least for now, and that is a pleasant change. I know my whole team is back next year.

My D2 roster returns everyone that just made the Sweet 16, but I'll definitely look at the MEAC after this upcoming season. It sounds like an interesting challenge!

That’s awesome! If we can get to six or eight coaches this year, and then add more next year that might be a good growth pace. We have four now

When I decide to jump to D1, I would enjoy this challenge. When I joined Tark as few seasons back, I thought I wanted to get to D1 as fast as possible, but I've done some decent recruiting here at D2 GVSU and would like to see it play out. I figure that Coppin St. job will still be open when I'm ready. :)
