For Round Three, there will be Eight Leagues of 24 teams each. Each division will comprise five choices of specific years where you will use the three teams listed to build your roster. The three teams listed for each season were the top teams (in Wins) for that season/league. Each league is divided into N.L. and A.L. In order to have 120 choices for each league (A.L. and N.L.), I had to use the years of 1899 and 1900. 1900 is under the N.L. and 1899 is under the A.L.
In the following cases where there are four choices listed, it indicates that the third and fourth place teams had the same amount of Wins that season. In this case, you get to pick which one of those two you want to combine with the first two teams listed. The seasons I’m referring to are:
National League: 1922, 1953, 1974, 1976, 2010 and 2012
American League: 1977, 2004, 2007 and 2012
For the 2005 American League, three teams tied for second in the number of Wins they had. In that case, you take the Chicago White Sox and then two of the remaining three teams listed.
Once the spots earned from Round Two have been tabulated and the owners are listed in each league in order of how many wins their Round Two team earned, there will be a draft order listed for each side (N.L. and A.L.) of the eight leagues.
The owners with the sixteen best W/L records from Round Two (from an individual team – not combined) will get the first overall pick in one of the two leagues (N.L. / A.L.) of each of the Round Three leagues. We’ll go in order of number of wins. If the best team in Round Two had 111 wins, then that owner gets to pick which of the eight leagues and which side (N.L. or A.L.) he wants to have the top pick in. I’ll go on down the list of the Top 16 and then the owner in 16th place will get the first overall pick in whatever league hasn’t been chosen. Again, based on Round Two W/L records and by trying to split up teams from owners who have multiple teams advancing, I'll arrange the twenty draft orders once the top 16 spots have been chosen.
The person with the first pick in each league will choose which league/division/season he wants to use. The draft will go on until all 12 spots are filled. When filling out your roster, you must use the three teams listed to fill out all spots. For this round, we’re not doing any Free Agents from other teams. Also, you don’t need to have a certain number of players from each of the three franchises. Just create the best roster you can.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
NO CAP – Build the best roster you can from your season/franchises.
Clones: None
Designated Hitter: Yes

Injuries – Turned Off
Trades: No
A.A.A.: No
You may use either partial or full season stats of any player who had a split season - as long as the stats indicate it was for your franchise.

Who Moves On?
Once Round Three is complete, the owners who own the eight playoff teams in each league will earn a spot in Round Four. 8 x 8 = 64 spots. That leaves 80 spots to fill. The final 80 spots will be awarded to the teams who had the most wins across all 8 leagues (who didn't make their league's playoffs). The tie-break (should it come into play) will be (1) Most Home Wins, and (2) Most Runs Scored minus Runs Allowed.
Rounds Four through Seven will all be different than Rounds One, Two and Three. I’ve already got them figured out but will post them at a later date.
