I'm pretty sure this isn't the correct forum to discuss T.V. shows but what the heck - there's an 80-page thread about what books to read, so...

My favorite current shows (that the season hasn't ended yet): 1883 and Ozark (Season 4, Part 2 is coming in April);

Great shows that just completed recently: The Mayor of Kingstown and Reacher;

Upcoming show I'm looking forward to: Vikings - Valhalla

I like 1883 better than Yellowstone!

Wasn't a fan of the first two seasons of Ozark but stuck with it. The first half of season #4 is fantastic, can't wait for the finale!

Need to start Reacher, it's on the list.

Just started Space Force season #2. Not as good as season #1...

I agree with you about 1883! Sam Elliott will still be a great actor when he's 117 years old. Plus, the girl that plays "Lightning with the Yellow Hair" - she's freakin' beautiful.

Also, agree about Ozark. Season Four so far has been fantastic - can't wait to see how they wrap it up.

Love 1883 and Ozark. Finished season 2 of Space Force....agree that season 2 isn't on par with season 1. Also enjoy The Boys, although I can see where it's not for everyone. Watched The Man in the High Castle...a series where the Axis powers won WW2 and the USA was split between Germany and Japan. I enjoyed most of it, but a few stretches were a bit of a struggle.

Haven't tried Yellowstone yet.

Reacher- Like the dependence on the books unlike the two zTom Cruise movies.

I highly recommend What We Do In the Shadows. Taika Watiti is a freakin' genius!

A friend recommended Righteous Gemstones and I love John Goodman and Danny McBride so I will start that soon.

Reacher is pretty cheesy and the guy is almost certainly on the spectrum, although it's never explicitly discussed. Also, the Roscoe topless scene made the whole season worth watching.

I enjoyed it. It had all the silliness of the great 80s shows I loved, Magnum, Simon & Simon, Knight Rider, etc.

I have not had a TV for something like a Decade but just bought a Tyler 7" Color from Amazon and it is only $65 for Used .. I allowed myself the inane pleasure therefore of watching Sven Goolie Saturday Night (and Original Star Trek after that) on METV (But still mostly BackGround ephemera as I do this three times a day and my cat wants me to follow her around outside) but the phone app was hard to set up and use every Saturday

Season 2 of Russian Doll now running on Netflix.
Shows like this are what makes Netflix worth it.
Just watched The Disaster Artist. Will be off Netflix April 30. It is a movie you have to see before you die.

Anyone following the saga of Netflix going on right now.

Recently signed up for Peacock and blew through all 4 seasons of Yellowstone. Fun show, even if there are some pretty glaring continuity issues.

After that we started Dr. Death, also on Peacock. It's a docu-drama limited series about a real neurosurgeon in the area in which I live (north Dallas suburbs). It may be the most disturbing, horrifying thing I've ever watched.
