Been a longtime since I played a league that wasn't in the "competitive" circuit... but gotta come through for my guy chewy.

To avoid the manipulation that took place in season one, I would add the following:

1. Assist cap of 3000
2. Every decade must include 1 player with at least 1000 minutes. (To keep owners from drafting 3 or 4 non-playing scrubs from the 50's). Or just make a 1500 minute minimum for the 50's. That way every owner will be forced to play him. Just my 2 cents.

Yea, without an assist cap, you can still get a similar boost that you see in open leagues.

Yes I finally gave in and created an ast cap. I was hoping this format could defeat the State Farm effect but just can’t without a cap.
