It’s great. 10/10 overall and we’d love to have you and bds join.

Protip: If you’re like me and want to keep notifications on but don’t want to be super annoyed with every little ding, you can mute certain rooms in the forum (like #music, or leagues you’re not in) and also: Discord’s “block” feature is well designed because if you block someone, you can both see each other’s messages, it just won’t notify you every time that person posts (and will make you have to click to expand their messages)

***Announcement regarding the waitlist***


When we started relegation I was adding the two relegated owners to the bottom of the waitlist as soon as that season ended. To be honest, I didn't put a lot of thought into it at the time. Also most of the time we needed the relegated owners to rejoin to fill the league anyway.

However, this Savage I realized my mistake when the waiting list got much bigger than usual and relegated owners ended up ahead of new owners who didn't sign up until I posted the draft thread for the new season. It doesn't seem right that they wouldn't get a chance to get in. It kind of defeats the whole purpose of relegation.

So I've reworded page to reflect the change. Relegated owners will be added to the waitlist when the new season fills. As for the current season, jethro was kind enough to understand my mistake and graciously offered his spot to the new owner(in this case bds).

I also want to clear up how I ordered the current waitlist.

- amerk1180 still has the top spot on the waitlist even though be passed this time(on vacation). You won't lose your spot on the waitlist if you aren't able to join the current Savage but wish to still be in the next one.

- earl and ty are ahead of m6 and jamie because they requested to be put on the waitlist before the new owners made their request to join. I'm keeping it first come, first serve in that regard.

- notoriousj is not currently on the waitlist because he has not gotten back to me about wanting to get back into Savage after being relegated. While relegated owners automatically get added to the wailist, they must respond to my sitemail letting me know they wish to rejoin to stay on the waiting list

You always handle everything so damn smoothly.

Luka, AD, and Jokic make jumps after their 23-24 seasons get added. I think 8 is about right for Jokic, even though you really put yourself behind the 8-ball defensively by taking him in the 1st, because everything else is so amazing. But I think some others are lower on him. As for Doncic, late 1st feels a little high. I think he would fit really well in the early 2nd if you've already got some elite defense on board. (I was actually hoping to try an Erving/Doncic pairing with the 21st spot, which I think would work really well.) But taking him in the first makes things tough IMO. Similar downside to taking Jokic in the 1st, but Luka doesn't quite bring the astoundingly elite package everywhere else that Jokic now does for 4 of his 5 seasons. We'll see how bds handles it; I have an idea of who I'd pick in the 3rd here but he probably has a different plan. AD at 6; that's too high for me in this format, but he probably should be top 10 now.

My favorite pairings so far, in no particular order:

--Malone/Malone
--Deandre/Lillard (though I feel like I tried this pairing once and it didn't work great?)
--Rudy/Towns (fits like a glove in the SIM, even if not always in real life)
--AD/Pippen

We'll see. Others have always been more successful than me with Kemp. Just hate the fouls and TOs. But yeah, my top 3 picks will certainly produce a lot of stocks between them.

I really thought I was going to get Adebayo once he made it to the top of the 3rd, and thought he was an absolute perfect fit.

There has been so much talking about the Discord I fully forgot to check this thread. I love Kemp!

Versatility/D that decreases demands on the PG position is pretty much always a good idea in my book
