I created this league a few years ago and it went well so let's try it again...
An NHL WIS season has 6 divisions.
Divisions for this league are based on REGION and are listed below using all current and defunct franchises (let me know if I missed one).
The gist - Pick a Region and draft only players from those teams associated with each division (No Twisting) You can enter as many teams as you like - just please spread it around.
No mixing of franchise relocations - for example - Colorado Avalanche players belong in the Wild Wild West division and Quebec Nordique players belong in the Quebecois division.
Cap - $125 million
