The draft should be randomized, I want a chance at Shaq if I am going to be the lakers. This way the Magic automatically get Shaq.

You can't really randomize the draft. Otherwise nobody would take the lower win teams

Oh yea, I most certainly don't expect to automatically get Shaq, I pick way to far down in the initial draft for that. If the other icon drafts are any indication, I expect Phoenix, Miami and LA all to jump ahead of me for a shot at Shaq...
