I've held my tongue long enough. We let this Korrupt Kings into Addicted Users last year after he swore up and down that he was commited to his team .To show his 'sincerity', he even reupped early for this season. So what does he do? Never checks in on his team from opening day to the present. I looked at his profile and he's still carrying 5 teams. In 4, he's in his 2nd season and he hasn't checked into any of them for 2 weeks! The only one he has checked into is the one league where he is in his 1st season. This guy must have ADHD or something, because unless it's shiny and new he doesn't seem to maintain interest. This guy has well over 30 seasons and I don't think he's stayed in a league for more than 2 seasons in any of them. He has protested here before about his personal problems and whatnot. Well, tell your story walking pal. You personally contacted me on the side and asked me to back you. You promised to be dedicated to your team and be a responsible owner. I fell for it. Well, fool me once. You are a piece of crap owner, a liar, and a fraud. HBD has absolutely no need for owners like you. Any league that lets you in must have their head examined. A warning to all leagues that this guy applies to. Don't let him in! If you do, you deserve what you get.

Sorry guys, but it's kinda pointless (and rather arrogant) to dump on the guy for blowing off some steam and warning owners in the process. I agree, we all knew this already, but I don't get the animosity towards torrone. Seems a lot more pointless to me than a thread started to warn owners.....

I just helpfully pointed out that this thread might not be good PR for his world ... he's the one that continues to hurl insults at other owners

It's an insult. However, he has a point. You knew his track record, you let him in, you're upset about the results. If you're playing with a bear and he mauls you, should you get mad at the bear? After all, he's a bear and you knew he was a bear.

HAK is simply three letters ... it is an acronym when I use it, and a good number of people seem to know what the acronym is ... however, I won't say what the acronym is because there seem to be lots of WiS users that don't like certain words ... I'd sure hate to use one of those words and run the risk of "offending" someone ... so I'm forced to speak in code ... such is the cross I bear

I will note that it is interesting that you automatically took it as in insult, despite having no idea what it meant ... I sure hope that some of the owners that have certain pet peeve words that they want banned from WiS see this thread, and see that even when I use (what might be) gibberish, people STILL automatically get insulted

I always thought HAK stood for hugs and kisses, but clearly this is not a hugs and kisses world, for torrone would not call out another user in the forums if he was running a true hugs and kisses world.

You keep convincing yourself of that there. It was a shot at him. At least objectively, it looked a whole lot like a shot at him.
