That's not true, you can still pitch him as much as you want. If you put him to only MopUp in the minors, he can still probably get 50-80 innings (of course some of them will be at -0-). Certainly enough to get to ML-level ratings in everything but DUR.

I'd make him a Closer B, and have him throw a max of about 35 pitches. He'd probably recover enough to pitch once every 10 games or so, but if he could go 16-16 in saves ...

if his health was higher (og cousre eve guys with 100 health get hurtburning him out in the minors to develop his ratings. i still don't see him getting a lot of IP at the ML level (he'd have good numbers in the inningd he did pitch tho)

if i had him on my ML team i'd have to carry 12 instead of the usual 11 pitchers i carry due to him being out to much tho. worth it if you can afforf to do that.
