haha, Im not sure if it means that you are more selective in picking your teams or just so much smarter than the rest of us.

There is really no way to guage how "good" of a manager you are other than to compete on a consistent basis in high quality leagues.

I think if you play the game and it remains fun then you are a winner. ;)

By the way, it was determined long ago that you had to win a title in two different worlds to qualify as "Best GM Ever".    Do you qualify?

I think that's why the thread is actually for pubs.  Otherwise it would have to be called, "Second Best GM Ever"  

BTW, I don't know what it says about pubs' teams or the worlds he was in, but is $47.8MM the lowest average payroll for WS winning teams for an owner?  He had a team with a $22.3MM payroll in it all.
