Winning Percentage Twist

This is a twist league. How many players you twist depends on which team you choose.
Any team in the WIS database is eligible. Listed below are the twist requirements.
You may choose to take a powerhouse team like the '27 Yankees. If so you are only allowed to twist 2 of the players.
Or you may want to take a team like the hapless '62 Mets. If so you have unlimited twisting available to you.

Any player who appeared for your chosen team is eligible to be twisted.

You are allowed to add a maximum of two 200k players to your roster.
The only exception would be if your selected team had 22 players or less in WIS database. As many 200k players as needed could be added in that situation.

100 mil salary cap
No WW, DH or clones
Trading is allowed as long as it does not create a clone situation
AAA is 6/4 below average
Ballpark must be the one your selected team played in

Twist Requirements
.700 win pct or better.......................2 twists
.699 to .660.......................................4 twists
.659 to .620.......................................6 twists
.619 to .580.......................................8 twists
.579 to .540......................................10 twists
.539 to .500......................................12 twists
.499 to .460......................................14 twists
.459 or less.......................................unlimited twisting

I hope this will become a running league. If so teams chosen will be blacklisted for coming seasons.

I see two main strategies when selecting a team ... 1) pick a strong team and twist just a few players ... or 2) pick a weak team and twist it all you want ... I prefer #1 ...
