Just as an FYI to people, if you have multiple tabs open with different arb-eligible players working out LT deals, refresh prior to submitting the offer to make sure it goes to the right person (in chrome, anyway).

I had two tabs open to work out the $$ of the two LT deals, and when I submitted the offer on the first player, it gave that contract to the second player instead, while the tab with the second player and his worked out contract remains open. I suspect it may have something to do with "cookies" or something.

On a related note, does anyone know a way to put additional emphasis on a ticket or another way to contact support? Arb-hearing end this evening and I sort of need this resolved...

Because I don't have excel on this comp and I didn't feel like taking pencil and paper out and working out the math that way. With multiple tabs, I can just go back and forth and work out exactly how to structure each players' contract to make it work for my franchise.

And I really hope I'm not "screwed" due to a comp. issue considering how much time I waste... I mean spend... making sure the $ works out.

If I had entered the numbers into the wrong screen, I agree completely - user mistake, and I *should* get stuck with it.

This isn't that case. There was no "check" in place; I was looking at a screen for Gabby Martin, with his contract to be offered on it, I clicked "submit" and was returned to the arb. screen where I learned that Gabby still had a scheduled hearing and Duran had been given Gabby's contract.

And I know it wasn't user error entering numbers into the wrong tab, because I still have Duran's tab open with *his* proposed contract.

This is really a pretty significant SNAFU - This is the contract Duran got (which should have gone to Martin):

S1 - 3,625,001
S2 - 9,062,500
S3 - 9,062,500
S4 - 5,437,499
S5 - 9,062,500

This is the one he was supposed to get:

Bonus: 10,000,000
S1 - 7,250,000
S2 - 3,049,997
S3 - 2,900,001
S4 - 2,900,001
S5 - 2,900,001

Pretty substantial difference.

I can send a screenshot of the second (still open) tab, and I actually have TC with p-nut discussing this very pair of contracts where I explicitly said i'd decided to front-load Durna's contract instead of Martin's.
