Only one instance of a free agent player allowed in the league ... All free agents are first-come, first-serve. Signup for this league early and designate a free agent and you have that player's rights. Question. I would like to use the 1915 Cy Falkenberg from the Federal league. The Brooklyn Tip -Tops were under .500 that year do they count as a team in the opposite league??

Onezero, I WILL ALLOW 1915 Cy Falkenberg. The rest of the league shouldn't object to this.
