Only one instance of a free agent player allowed in the league ... All free agents are first-come, first-serve. Question. I would like to use the 1915 Cy Falkenberg from the Federal league. The Brooklyn Tip -Tops were under .500 that year do they count as a team in the opposite league??

Of course I start making more changes and can't fit Falkenberg in anymore so will go with 1915 Tim McCabe off the Browns (Hopefully).
