Actually, I read and re-read them. The coaches guide you posted has been an enormous help and I'm constantly going through the other stuff.

I know they dont. I've been thinking about this all the time and finally had to ask. Yet it wont help a bit. Continue on with the revolving questions...

There is a LOT of information for newbies to absorb. Even I, after years of playing, don't remember it all. And, frankly, I don't always have time to research it.

I'm delighted to see questions on this board and will always answer them without judgement.

Well said alblack. Certain coaches assume everyone who has this game as a hobby has the time to read each and every post or thread in the forum, when, crazy as it may sound, some of us have careers, families, girlfriends, and other interesting hobbies to spend our time on.
