Straight Franchise league needs owners. Each owner drafts a franchise (historical Franchises... Buffalo belongs to L.A. Clippers, Capitols/Bullets/Wizards, etc).

Draft order is determined by previous season's results. Champion selects first then returning owners are slotted based on order of regular season finish. New owners are seated at the end of the draft (in the order they claimed a spot).
