I give up. Is there anybody out there that can help me out? I feel like I've built a good team, but can't figure out how to win in this game. I feel like I get worse every season that I play. I'm doing something wrong.

Your overall three percentage isn't good, and you are shooting allot of them.

Not so great defensively and you have no rebounding from the SF position. Not that I'm great or anything but that's all I noticed. Also, you actually aren't doing that bad. You only have 1 senior and you have 2 sophs with a lot of playing time. Just keep chugging along, you'll figure it out.

Yeah, just keep playing. You're doing better than a lot of coaches.

Also, repeat what the last two said. THe team you have now, with all those Juniors as seniors, shoudl show some significant improvement.

Why are you only going 8 deep? I think you would have more success if you went 10 deep. What kind of fatigue settings are you using?

Huh? he's taking about 11.5 3s a game, that's nowhere near a lot. 33.7% from 3 is the equivalent of shooting 50% from 2. It might be below average for user teams but it's a solid percentage overall.

And Gebhard is far and away your best player, good to see you put him in the starting lineup. The biggest problem I see is you give your starters too many minutes. You also only go 8 deep, there's no reason not to play 10 players. It looks like you have the starters set to tired, Change the settings to getting tired and play 10 players. Gebhard should be taking noticeably more shots than everybody else and set him to -1. I'm pretty sure I would also play him at SF.

Actualoly, rather, instead of a few of the shooters more specifically, I would bump back Alleman's threes.Everyone else isn't that bad, as you say, Mason.

And Gebhard is the star of that team, yes.

Honestly, I just looked quickly at the stat sheet and for some reason saw more threes than were there. He hasn't shot that many. Brain freeze.

hang in there man. it takes some time and thinking through things to get a real hang for this game. i've been playing for awhile and i still don't get it most of the time. just remember that recruiting is a substantial part of this game.

increase gebhard's distro - try bumping it up a little, watch how he performs, then bump up more

I've recently bumped Gebhards distro and it seems he doesn't shoot as well. My settings are set to fairly fresh for substitutions. I find it odd that everyone still gets that many minutes. My team turns the ball over way too much and that is a problem I've been having the last couple seasons. I don't notice anything that is causing it. I'll try getting tired to see if that makes a difference. I tried Gebhard at SF and it seemed like he took a big dip in production, but it was only the last game. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll surely take more if anyone has any. I really want to get better at this game, and feel like I'm stuck right now without any idea of where to go.

When it comes to recruiting, consider the following: get guards with better passing, you have two under 25. your SFs can be better there, too. get faster at guard, too, to help with the zone and to get better offensively.

Fill out your schedule vs. human coached teams. You still have some openings this year. Too many Sims is going to hurt your RPI and that can keep you out of the NT if you're a bubble team.

How many minutes you putting into IQ? I was surprised you had that many Jr's still at B+ in O/D this late in the season. Are you trying, or did you try, to change the def to a combo?

Your rebounding is way too low. C's in the 50's just wont get it done.
