Signed up for this league, then it was filled before I finished my draft. Now I have a team with no league to play in. So here we go with a couple changes...
$140,000,000.00 cap for owners with no WIS baseball championships and who have had at least five teams. Players from 1949-2009 only. No DH, no clones, no other restrictions. 12/6 WAA AAA, trades, WW all okay. $4,000,000.00 in new cap money after 50 games. Standard WIS format. To try to make this league happen, I am trying one league without championships, the other for owners with championships. This will at least give someone without a trip to the WS. Here is where we are at:

Just trying to use the team I had built. The last one filled so fast, I was out before I was even in.

How about this as a suggestion. Fill one league with guys with no championships, the other with championships. That way, at least you would get a world series opportunity.

That works for me. Anything to get this off the ground...I will need to figure out how to change the league.

If any team in addition to yours has entered the league, you need to send a ticket to ask support to make the change. If yours is the only team in, click on Change Theme Options and you can revise whatever you want.

You could also reduce the salary cap for owners who have championships, to give the title-less owners a better shot. You could keep the $140M cap, but owners with a title could only spend $130M. Or even owners with 1-4 titles get $130M, owners with 5 or more get $120M. There's no way to set different caps in the theme options, but you'd just have to check the rosters before the league starts.

As someone who had threads created about my long search for a first title, I'd jump in under such rules.
