What is the highest rank at any position you can pulldown with a B-/C+ prestige? Thank you in advance.

Highest rank I've ever gotten was a 118 pg that was 40 miles away. That was with an A+ prestige. You probably won't be able to get anyone below 170 with a B- prestige unles they are within 70 miles, but it doesn't hurt to try. Also, it varrys every year so if you can talk to a 160 pg one year he might not talk to you the next year.

My best guess with your prestige would be #195-200 pg, 190-200 sg, 170-180 sf, nobody ranked at pf (maybe 195-200) and 185-190 centers.

There is no way to answer that, because it can vary wildly from year-to-year and position-to-position. The same B- team might not be able to pull down any ranked pg's one season, and could pull down #180 the next, etc.

colonels I would just send out the $10 phone calls and see if they give you the back-up message then you know who can get possibly.

I know this guy isn't the best on the planet, but with a 602 rating, and 4 years of eligibility, I did pretty good with him :)

As long as it stays over 2.0, he'll get the fifth year. That's a D2 player, Z.

I have no current knowledge, but when I last did pulldowns I thought a salvo of calls across a range of players was the right approach. Exactly what level will be doable will depend on distance, exact prestige, recruit characteristics other than mere ranking (dont ask, I dont know what they are with any clarity, but it is - was then - clear they do not drop down in numerical order)

Also your ability to SIGN drop downs will depend on what other coaches do, in a dynamic equilibrium, so it is useful to have a range of candidates to pursue
