Not trying to sound like an *** (but it's gonna come off that way), but Pirates, I have often wondered why you're so quick to give everybody else advice on their lineups and rotations when, outside of one season at Montclair State, you've often struggled with your own teams. Don't you think it might be wise to take care of your own teams first, become a consistent winner, build up a little credibility, and THEN begin to offer some advice.
I know if I was a new coach and was offered advice on subjects like lineups, rotations, distro, etc., I'd damn sure check out the history of the coach providing said advice. If he was a stud, it would certainly hold more weight than if he was an average or mediocre coach. Just saying.......
