I am in 3 leagues with a particular owner.



I see the guy on live literally every day. I have like 30 games against him to play.



He NEVER accepts challenges or responds to my inquiries. I am never rude about it. My teams all have better records than his, but not grossly better. Why join leagues if you are going to quit once you have a sub-.500 record? I can understand not wanting to play a certain team (I have a team I am actively trying to give away, but I have played 130 games I.E. all of it's games and the team mentioned is 1.5 games out of 1st..I just detest the team), and I have a team in a prog that is so pathetic I let the computer manage it, but I accept all challenges with it and go to watch mode so the computer manages it and the opponent can still work towards his live min.

Aw...I thought this was about ducks. I hear you...as someone who often can't play games early in the season, but usually get more in mid-season...I hate it too. Although, sitemails sometimes work if it is a getting to a min. issue.

I've been tempted to post the same thing lately. I've had two teams miss minimums lately, and it's not because I don't play enough live games. Getting stuck in a division with guys who play 15-30 games then give up on the team is hard to overcome. Refusing to play with a bad team affects others who need the games or who built their teams assuming they could manage them live.

If you are going to refuse to play with a losing team, or a team that you knew when signing up would be at a disadvantage against some teams, don't play live. And if you won't play with a weak team, give it away to someone who will, or at the very least have the courtesy to respond to sitemails and whispers and own up to the fact that you're a sniveling wuss who can't stand to lose a pretend computer game.

sounds like a plan! Wait josh is it me? I havent played a whole lot of live lately ...But Habs I love the idea of a league with #'s vs no #'s..90 mil open...no AAA maybe?

If I catch arvid's drift (and he is, as always, pretty damned subtle), this refers to people who are online but refuse to play some games, then accept others.

A quick look at the Live Top 100 inidcates about a 60-40 split of no-number names compared to names with numbers. This could work!

ARGH!!!

How about this one. I am up 3-0, game 5 of a 5 game series. ...other guy leaves with a good game, good series and good luck in the next round. The second he leaves in the 7th inning, he scores 3 runs with Sparky...then proceeds to win in the 12th. $U)#(*$#)(U$)(*#&$()#Q* Second he , I knew this was going to be the result.
