Once again WIS predicts Portland Trailblazers to go to the NBA finals just like WIS predicted Portland last year. What is it about the engine liking Portland so much?

I wonder if this was simulated with Brandon Roy being out?

With Roy the Blazers had a legit chance to get to the NBA Finals. With Andre Miller and Marcus Camby providing major upgrades at their position over what Portland had last year.

Phoenix will beat Portland in 5 or 6, they're hot and explosive right now, Steve Nash will lead them past the first round at least... No way Portland takes this series.

I read their "explanation" today and it turns out that they simmed the playoffs without Roy and still came to the conclusion that the Blazers are making the NBA Finals...unreal...here's the exerpt

"With the absence of Roy, Oden, Przybilla and a cast of others nicked up from 82-games of punishment, how does Whatifsports.com come to the conclusion that Portland will tear through the Western Conference and face the Cleveland Cavs in the NBA Finals? "

Blazers are a solid sleeper pick but i can't believe they outright picked them to win the West, especially with Roy out.

I'll take the winner of Jazz/Lakers to win the west. Of course the Jazz don't stand a chance if AK and Boozer aren't healthy.

I'm a huge Blazers fan, But in no way will Portland get by Phoenix in the first round with out Roy. With Roy, mabey, but hell no.

Jazz are way too bad on the road. I don't see them getting by the Nuggs.
