I can’t play live- help Topic

I got everything new.

But I cannot get the live pop-up to format correct to size no matter what I do.

What Java runtime are you using? When you open the live applet, there should be a java icon in the lower right corner. Right click on that and it will say "Open xxxx Java Console" where "xxxx" will be the version of the Java Runtime you are using. That applies to Windows only. Apple uses their own version of Java, so hard telling what's going on there.

Probably best to send a support ticket. We can post results if more people are having this issue.

I use 1.6.0_11 Console...never bothered updating it as I started hearing some had issues. Try removing java from your computer, go to http://java.sun.com/products/archive/ Select 6 Update 11 and download that version. Perhaps that may work? If it doesn't you can always go back to java.com and download the most recent one again and start over.

What browser are you using? You can't just drag the live window to make it bigger?

No you can't do that. You can't alter the size of the live screen.

I have the latest version downloaded...this is annoying. I think it may have something to do with my windows (?) settings (?)

What I am saying is try an older version. Perhaps the latest version causes issues.

Is it your display settings? Sounds like you may have the screen resolution set too low. Are you saying you can't alter those settings?
