Here is the lineup for the 1st Annual PBU Invitational. This will be a 5 week tourney instead of the originally planned 6 week. Each bracket will have a overall winner.

Week 5 - 5 @ 1, 4 @ 2, 6 @ 3

Week 7 - 3 @ 1, 6 @ 2, 4 @ 5
Week 8 - 1 @ 2, 5 @ 3, 6 @ 4

lookin forward to it. one question, how are you going to determine a winner in each bracket if there is a tie at the top?

I think the best way to determine the winner if there is a tie is going to be the points differential. Obviously there won't be a heads up game and common opponents won't work as well since all 6 games will be the same opponents.

I will take some other opinions on this, as its a season away.

I would you points differential as well. In the Fantasy Football Leagues I run, other than head to head, if evrything else is equal, that's the first tiebreaker I use.

am i reading the schedule correctly for week 8? it has me playing platteville if i am reading it right, and it won't let us challenge each other since we are in the same conference.

Ugh yeah...Ill redo the schedule that you play the teams within your bracket. That way the tie breaker will be head to head then points. Guess it will be easier that way anyways. Ill repost when the schedule is done correctly. Thanks for the catch haak21.

OK schedule is updated and we will play the teams in our bracket once. This will allow for a overall bracket champion and in the case of a tie it will revert back to the head to head match up.

If anything opens in the future, count Goucher in!!!

This will be fun. I guess you can seed next years bracket based on performance from this coming year as well. This could be a lot of fun. Thanks for putting it together.

Yeah I will definately try to do that, and there are at least 5 others who would like to get in as well.

Sorry, but Cornell (me) and Nebraska Wesleyan are in the same conference..so same problem.

As a solution, I would switch my team (Cornell) with any of the teams from the other bracket EXECPT for Wisconsin - Platteville (since there are two teams from that conference and that would create the same problem).

GT2010, put both Wisconson teams in Bracket A and both Cornell & Nebraska in Bracket B. Problem solved for both.

No i cant put them in the same bracket. We are playing within our brackets. Im going to switch them with Rivier.
