Any franchise may be selected up to 4 times in this league. Since the Giants and Yankees have each been selected 4 times, they are now closed.

New rule for season 4: Any 2 of the 4 newest expansion teams may be combined. [Rockies, Marlins, Diamondbacks, Rays]

With a $110 million cap and no AAA, the 2 World Series teams will have an advantage in the TOC.

$110 million salary cap.
Standard WIS format.
No DH, AAA, WW, trades, clones, or injuries.
60 minimum live for playoffs. All playoff games must be played live [including any play-in games].
Must choose stadium your franchise played in.
Must use franchise name [or close enough variation] in team name.
To keep a more level playing field, each team must draft at least 1250 IP and 5000 PA.
Random realignment, making sure owners with 2 teams will have them placed in opposite leagues.
