Congrats to Sabre and the Yankees for winning the first tournamnet.

We will choose from a real team in the sim from 2000-2009 Only 1 team per state is allowed since this is the Little League World Series. Only 1 Canadian team allowed as well. Once we have 16 teams in we will get a random draft order.

Teams will be exclusive.

No DH

Games are only 6 innings long. If tied keep going but if one team has a lead after 6 I do not care what happens after that.

The tournament will be randomly seeded, and the home team determined by a coin toss. The coin toss will be done previous to the tournamnet starting and will be indicated in the brackets.

Mandatory Play Rule: Much like in little league you will have to play at least 12 players in each game. The player must have 1 PA and 3 outs in the field. (This can include any 12 players and may be different for each game.)

We will open with pool play. 7 days will be allowed to play 3 games in your pool. After that 8 of the 16 teams will advance to a single elimination bracket.

Pitching rules. (Some changes from before)

-No pitcher may throw more than 85 pitches in a game. (Note if a pitcher starts an AB with less than 85 pitches he is allowed to complete the AB.

Since whenever I start one of these things I always seem to leave something out please let me know if you have any questions. Otherwise sign up below. Once we have 16 signed up we will use random.org to give us the draft order. Since I am known to be such a great sim player I will just pick 16th!
