GREATEST d3 job of all time is available!!!!!! Topic

i have an application in for one d1 job and if it goes through then i'll be leaving one of the most prestigious d3 schools of all time, LA VERNE. so get your applications ready, only one coach will be selected to walk in the shadow of greatness. that lucky person may be you!

if you need to be reminded LA VERNE has won FIVE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS in EIGHT seasons. the roster boasts more talent then most d2 teams can handle. they have most of the BACK 2 BACK national championship team coming back, only four open scholarships to fill.

btw try not to wreck it............Knight World

Also a great conference, we rank in the 2 or 3 every season as well as an active CC.

best conference in D3 -  plenty of humans, plenty of great coaches, chatty board, rivalries, egos .......what more could you want?

Cake?  I like cake.

It is a great conference, helpful folks, friendly folks, and just plain fun.

It usually takes 12 hours for WIS to process your application. I've never waited this long into jobs to apply, so I dunno if they shorten the time period during the last day or not.

well i didn't want to take this long to decide, but  i was going back and forth for awhile.

on the final day, i would guess they would shorten the wait, but that's too logical.

I didn't think that you could jump from D3 to D1, but I may be wrong. That might explain the wait. Did it say you were qualified for some of the D-1 Jobs? Congrats on the great record. I am actually planning on taking a team in Knight, but I was kind of thinking about taking the worst team in the history of Knight D3, and building them up.

You can definitely jump from D3 to D1, I am 100% positive on that one.

Wow - It makes sense because I could see a Division 1 school hiring a Division 3 coach with that kind of track record.

we have one or two candidates for those in our conference, you're welcome to try, but it's extremely competitive-- faint of heart need not apply
