How many wins do you think it will take to win the whole Tournament? My guess is that the winning pair will be around 1500 wins, i.e., around 1500-1092 across their 16 teams. That's around 94 wins per team. Does that sound too high, too low?

I think that's probably high.  Some franchises (Orioles, Reds, Tigers) will struggle to get to 90 wins even with the best owners.  I bet the winning total will be in the 89-90 win per team average.

Well, we lost our Tigers opener 13-2...the kicker? Mclain gave up two runs (one earned) in 6 innings, with no HR...and still took the loss.  My '68 Gibby lost too.

holy crap, won 30-1 over the Tigers with the Orioles today - 1 HR with 26 walks, Detroits Walt Masterson ate one for the team

Yeah, I didn't intend Masterson to be that useless. But at least the rest of the team is fresh.
