In MLB, you are only allowed to put 7 players on the waiver wire at a time.  In HBD, immediately following the trade deadline, people will put entire rosters on the waiver wire to get as many players through as possible.  Along with prospects who don't need to clear in order to be traded, but serve as bait so someone uses one of their two claims on a player when there is no intention of a trade being made. 

I really think there needs to be a limit.  The way it is setup now is against the spirit of the game.

Agree.

Optrion 2 is lift the daily limit, but this is better.

hey jonas bros, explain to me what 'to get as many players thru as possible means'
is it purely so you can start wheeling and dealing as soon after the trade deadline as possible?
i would think that's a good thing for someone fighting for a wildcard spot who wants to get a vet or 2 to put him over the top
why is that a bad thing?

p.s. hbd is not mlb

It also makes it possible for tankers to start the process by trading all their BL talent away.

No, I said all you liberal tree-huggers down in general discussion have balls the size of a **** ant's and you couldn't do it.   I'm for forced abortions and denying old, poor people healthcare.  I have no problem eliminating the unnecessary.

New murderers pop up every day.   As I said, people don't refrain from murder due to legatities.

There's a trade deadline for a reason.  This circumvents that deadline.  I think it's a great suggestion.
