10 Teams in Each Division ??? Imagine the pennant race... Are you willing to put it all on the line to battle 9 other teams in your division for 162 games and a trip to the World Series and automatic TOC berth ???
 

THE "FRANCHISE CITY FREE-AGENT" OPTION: Each owner may draft up to two players from the same franchise city as the team you selected. Only a season from that franchise city may be used. "THIS RULE IS OPTIONAL". You can use two, one or even none. (Note: eligible seasons for free-agents is 1901-2010)

EXAMPLES: 1987 Giants could draft Willie Mays 1962 and 2009 Tim Lincecum. Willie Mays' seasons as a free-agent from the New York Giants is not eligible for a San Francisco Giants team... 1990 Reds could draft Joe Morgan 1976 and Frank Robinson 1962... 1962 Yankees could draft Derek Jeter 1999 and Mariano Rivera 2000

The draft order is based on the standings after 120 games of the previous season (owners are rewarded for a successful season). If you finished tied with another team, the tiebreaker is "net runs scored/allowed".  EACH OWNER HAS A DEADLINE TO MAKE THEIR PICK... IF THEY MISS THE DEADLINE, THE NEXT GROUP BECOMES ELIGIBLE BUT YOU CAN STILL PICK YOUR TEAM AT ANYTIME AFTER YOUR DEADLINE PASSES!!!
 
THERE ARE NO OWNER RIGHTS TO FRANCHISES AND WE ARE ONLY ALLOWING ONE INSTANCE OF A FRANCHISE (of that city, ie. one Philadelphia A's team and one Oakland A's team is okay) !!!
