New Concept for a draft league (never been done before).
Round 1 all owners draft their player in the 7.0 mil - 7.9 mil range
Round 2 all owners draft their player in the 8.0 mil - 8.9 mil range
Round 3 all owners draft their player in the 6.0 mil - 6.9 mil range
Round 4 all owners draft their player in the 5.0 mil - 5.9 mil range
Round 5 all owners draft their player in the 4.0 mil - 4.9 mil range
Round 6 all owners draft their player in the 3.0 mil - 3.9 mil range
Round 7
Wild Card Round - all owners can select any salaried player not drafted in previous rounds
Round 8 all owners draft their player in the 2.0 mil - 2.9 mil range
NOTE:
all drafted players are exclusive
NOTE: 4 remaining bench players cannot exceed 750k each

draft order will be set randomly. you choose a letter: a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x. i will then go to
www.random.org and put into motion the draft order. perhaps the order would look something like this: f,u,c,k,r,s,a,c,v,b,i,l, etc.
NOTE: during the draft, you can be skipped when you miss your draft time, however, you cannot be skipped twice. if you do not make your 2nd selection (any back-to-back missed picks) during your time slot, you will lose your place in the league, and someone else will take over your team.
the new owner will have the choice of keeping the player(s) you selected, or drafting someone else.
