Any 2 of the 4 newest expansion teams may be combined: Rockies, Marlins, Diamondbacks, Rays.

Unlimited number of the same franchise is allowed.

One team per owner. Edit: In an attempt to fill up faster, an owner may enter up to 2 different teams in this league. If, after random realignment, both of an owner's teams are placed in the same league, I will do a manual realignment to put them in opposite leagues.

With a $110 million cap and no AAA, the 2 World Series teams will have an advantage in the TOC.

$110 million salary cap.
Standard WIS format.
No DH, AAA, WW, trades, clones, or injuries.
40 minimum live for playoffs. All playoff games must be played live [including any play-in games].
Must choose stadium your franchise played in.
Must use franchise name [or close variation] in team name.
To keep a more level playing field, each team must draft at least 1375 IP and 5000 PA.
Random realignment.
