So many end of game problems Topic

I have seen all of the same end of game issues that everyone else has seen but this is a new one.

A fadeaway jumper from the wing and yet he is able to regain balance and miss the tip in? Would that be a 4-8 foot tip in?
00:04 Angel Marino misses the fadeaway jumper from the right wing 79-81
00:02 Angel Marino can't tip it in 79-81

Just have to accept that the type of jumpshot is window dressing.

Like hell it's impossible.  Anyone who's ever played or seen a game of basketball KNOWS Angel Marino can't tip it in.  The game's telling the truth.

I know the feeling, however. I remember one play I read a while back my 7'2, 99 athleticism center had a jump hook blocked by a guy who was 6'7 with a low 90s athleticism. I'm looking at thinking that's the equivalent of Ralph Sampson getting a jump hook blocked by like Clyde Drexler, it's just not going to happen, lol.

That's the equivalent of Ralph Sampson winning a national championship?

Anyway, this really has nothing to do with being late game in terms of the issue you have.  Guys get tips on their own 3s periodically.  It just calculates the rebound probabilities based on the players in the game.

garman, it's a legit point -- what did seble say when you sent the ticket?

Anybody notice an increased number of missed dunks in the pbp?  I know it's just window dressing.  A missed shot is a missed shot for the sim.

In the Baylor-South Dakota State game earlier this year, a 6'3 guy stuffed one of the Baylor biggs pretty good.  Point is, I can see a scenario where a 6'7" guy blocks the shot of a 7'2" guy.  Think of LeBron trying to block a shot from Bryant Reeves.

Also, what were their positions and what type of defense was being played?  If it was a zone, or a help defender, that isn't a stretch at all.

Yao getting blocked by Nate Robinson. Not a jump hook (which I think is ridiculous, unless the block was from behind) but the size difference is still pretty impressive:

Yeah I have noticed that a lot too... had a good one last night:
10:15 Brett Parsons can't throw it down 25-21
10:14 Brett Parsons tips it home 27-21

Was he still hanging on the rim when he tipped it?

Why is it window dressing?
