Welcome to College League Plus! 


Choose a college (first come, first serve and I will choose at number 12) and make a 12 man team from it.  For this season's installment we are going by uniform number and when a state entered the union.  So for example Michael Jordan wore number 23 and 45, you can use any season.  Those numbers correspond to Maine and Utah, so you can add Jordan to any college in Maine or Utah,  UCLA, North Carolina and Kansas are now allowed in the league but they do not have this option. They can only choose from their roster but you still are allowed to have players with a salary under 750k on your roster that can come from any school to fill minutes. But the limit is 3 per team (all teams are allowed this).  You do not have to choose or announce your extra player

Yes but you cant have the ectra player. Only allowed the 3 players under 750k.

Correct but North Carolina, UCLA and Kanses do not have this option
