Here we are. It's 2013, er...2014....and more than universal healthcare or fair tax laws, what we need is.......a new regressive league.
Yes, you heard correctly. A new regressive league! *cheers*
This league will begin drafting once the 2013-2014 defensive adjustments are made (once the defensive player awards have been announced after the season).
We will begin with the 2013-2014 season players ONLY.
As this is a REVERSE progressive, or REGRESSIVE, you must use your players seasons in a reverse-chronological order (e.g. if you draft 2013-2014 Kevin Durant, the next season you would use of him is 2012-2013).
The benefit of a regressive league is that we alleviate the need to lump the initial players (51-52) with a larger group (due to the scarcity of players).
This league, as with many regressives, will have no salary cap, rookies or clones.

Think how awesome it would be to get in on the GROUND FLOOR. Personally, I joined my first progressive in the late 70's...and man...that team stunk when I took it over.
