Athl over per on my list for point guard.  as long as I have other guys who can score, PASS, BH Speed Ath and Def are the key ones for me and good FT shooting is a plus too.

It's all about the context- what do you need that PG to do?  Do you have scorers around him so he needs to be able to handle and pass, but scoring isn't that important?  Or do you need him to take on a top 3 scoring role?  Or do you need him to be your lockdown defender?  There is a PG position, but the importance of attributes depends on the context of your team.

I'm an Uptempo/Press guy. I want  Spd, passing, Def in all my PG's. From there it somewhat depends on my needs, but basically if I don't have a specific need this order; PER, BH, FT, Ath, Sta.

If you want your PG to be a "true" PG and scoring is a 2nd or third thought, I go SPD, PASS, and BH in that order.

I go BH PASS DEF PER SPD, I want a facilitator that can defend then score when others aren't hitting shots. Make sure I get the ball to primary scorers with low turnovers and make him a 2nd option if all else fails. But if he can't score, I need him to atleast be able to defend while he's on the floor.

But then again this season I have 2 SR. graduates (SG PG) and they are both my best shooters so I need to bring in some perimeter threats so basically this off-season I am putting more value into a PER PG if I can't find a stud SG shooter out the gates.

BH, Def, Speed, Pass, Ath, Per/LP Is usually how I look at it, basically I try not take an under 60 for the first 3 categories, the last three are basically icing for me if they end up really high.

This is how I look at it too. I want a PG who is fast and plays defense. The relative importance of the other stuff depends on who will be around him.

I think PG's are pretty standard. Everyone wants mainly the same categories, though how people weight them may differ slightly.

The most intriguing position to me is SF. I can see wild difference in preference there. I know a lot of people don't put much emphasis on Reb in SFs, so does having a big time rebounder at SF give you an advantage maybe? Do you want a shooter there?  More of a LP guy? How much does Passing and BH weigh into your equation at SF?

I find SF the most difficult player to categorize and recruit. I typically go for jack-of-all trade types, but I think it would be interesting to experiment with some different skill sets.

You weight durability more than reb? And WE is worth about half of ath?

I'm in the same general ballpark on most of these weights, except that I weigh ATH more than you do. I just had a 79 ATH / 61 SPD point guard in D2 who scored 14 ppg on over 50% shooting, played exceptional defense, and was the second-best player on an NC-winning team. It took me until halfway through his junior year to get over my fear of his relatively low speed and finally put him at PG. He did turn the ball over a decent amount, but he more than made up for it with his defense and ability to camp out at the free-throw line.

Again, that guy was an extreme case, but I do think you can give up a little SPD for better ATH and come out equal or ahead in the long run.

Durability is .01 for every position, including PG (which is 1% of the total) ... and some ratings do get 0 at some positions (like Rebounding and BLK for PGs) ... so technically, yes DUR is higher than REB (and BLK) for Point Guards ... but it is very inconsequential in any event.

WE impacts growth, so it makes players get better faster ... BUT, it does not impact actual on court performance, so it is weighted lower, yes.  However, I do use a Minimum of 30 for WE when recruiting ... so I don't take guys who can not grow.
