Choose an exclusive year/conference and complete your roster with the all-stars starters/reserves.
For example, if you choose 1995, player seasons from the 1994-1995 season will be used, not 1995-96.
Injured players are okay to use if it helps you get under the cap. I'd prefer that the players that were actually in the game be on your team. Remember, there is no 1991-1992 Magic Johnson in the database even though he was the MVP of the AS game. There are 13 players total from the Western Conference that year so shouldn't be an issue.
I've put together just about every team from the 1990's and the team salaries are coming in around $90 million. 1968 was the first year they went to 12 man rosters for the AS game so we'll start with that year.
Note: no game played in 1999 because of the lockout.
League rules:
- Salary cap - $100 million
- Arena where the all-star game was played your year.
- Divisions will be aligned by year/conference.
- No rookies, trades, clones, or WW
