10 WE guy will lose like half of that growth between seasons...
That is not true....generally they lose 4ish points in stamina and a few points in other spots....I'll find some examples for you.
I can't cut and paste on my chromebook but Jerry Sutton and Adam Crewson my NYU team, JAmes Jacoby on Redlands,  and Dana Thompson on Baldwin-Wallace College under Scaturo  all show that 10 WE don't lose 1/2 of their growth in the off season.
I'll give ya Sutton - he gained 18 only lost 4, including no WE drop during off season, which I'd think was rare. Jacoby started at 21 and dropped to 15 WE was never a 10. Crew on NYU was only a 5 not a 10 so he doesn't really count, but yes, he did gain 12 points his first year and lose 6 of them in the off season...
So, I guess I admit I was incorrect, and that perhaps only guys around 5 WE lose half during the offseason. Of course even two guys with the same 5 WE probably won't be exactly the same, right? SO who knows.
I admit I made a broad generalization that is proven false, so for clarity sake for newer folks, I concede this point. TJ has done a lot more studying on low WE than I have, that is for certain :)
