I would prefer something like....1.  All in one world, 2. Total wins after 8 seasons, 3. NT wins count for 10 each, 4. Find some all sim recruited team

is it that simple though? I mean, conferences, location, makeup of the sim team, even schedule that first season, number of humans in the conference - all those make it hard to leave it that simple - or do they?

Like projection report. SOS and RPI. So if team A  has 120 wins and team B has 100 wins, but team A SOS is 200 and team B SOS is 50. Team B is better.  Or do it most wins vs top 50 RPI and top 100 RPI.  Something like that

Make it simple. Don't count the first season. Make people play each other in noncon. Seriously reward nt wins.

simple might be best - it has the obvious advantage of simplicity after all...maybe dont count first 2 seasons, then count like 3-10?

and maybe stagger the points bonuses for NT wins something like x2 for 1st rd, x3 for 2nd, etc...

Now, what division would this be? What world? 

Id be up for it depending on the details.  In theory I'm open to all divisions, and have 7 teams already scattered across worlds, but would be less inclined to do something where I have to leave a team I'm at and strongly like.

Theres gotta be an empty d3 conference somewhere....we should get 12 guys and randomly draw straws on who gets who.

there are 12 people who said they are interested - 6 wanna pay and play for cash 6 just wanna play...sounds like 2 divisions...

I actually don't think they have to be in the same conference. The goal is to win games, so I see no conflict if some of us are sprinkled among existing conferences...probably should try for mostly empty conferences, and try to keep the number of overall humans at least at seeding somewhat even to mitigate conference postseason money as much as possible - it can make a big difference if a conference is full of talent - look at the old NAC in Allen - It is a nice bonus to recruit with like 2 or 3 extra scholarships cash at D3...

So lets avoid that...other than that, just to make it simpler and make sure I get everyone (I'll contact everyone I think is interested via sitemail anyway) but please post if you are willing to commit to a 10 season run at a D3 school for the purpose of competing for the title of Best Rebuild. Coaches will schedule each other as much as possible in non con and NT wins will have bonus value. PIT wins just count toward your total wins value... 

Those that want to pay we will collect gift certs from and there will be an overall champion, a for Ca$h champion and a freebie champ. Obviously, one coach will hold two of those spots, but both champs will be recognized...might split the prizes for other things if we want to make it not "winner takes all..."
