Pronunciation of My New Recruit's Name...? Topic

I just signed a player named Frank "Leung".   A good solid player who will hopefully give me depth.

During my home visits, I was pronouncing it with one syllable and the vowels sounding like the "u" in "fur".
Meanwhile, on his campus visit, Father O'Callaghan was pronouncing it like "LEE-ong".

Frank was so polite, he didn't correct us, and never gave us the answer.   I'm thinking maybe both Father O'Callaghan and I were both wrong and there might be a 3rd way to pronounce it.

Any advice?

My bad. Forgot to post. He said the U is an R sound. So the first option is closest. Lerng.
