Carlos Sherman. As utterly irritating as OD has been about the guy, I have to admit he's the best D3 player I've seen in a very long time. He doesn't have the eye-popping OVR of the D2 guy, but he's a very special player. Usually, D3 is all about compromise - what are you willing to give up to get something else? Sherman compromises nothing. I think he's started at the 1, 2, and 3 this year and he's great in any of them. He's got average rebounding skills at the 3, above-average guard skills at the 1, very good defense anywhere, and is a great scorer.
