Few walks, lots of Ks, low OAV - VERY low OAV, good WHIP if not a historic one - I think he could be used in a moderate hitters' park - Ebbets Field for example. any place that allow hits but keeps HRs down, or in a neutral park.
disagree with your "few walks" comment. In fact, his bb/9 is higher than I'll draft when given a choice. I also don't consider his OAV "very" low, (it's normalized to .212 which is good, but not extraordinarily low IMO). Given his 0.52 HR/9 (49% better than average for 1967), I'd put Peters in a park where his walks will do minimal damage... further help his good OAV by keeping hits, especially extra base hits, down a bit. I'd like him at Griffith, Edison, Braves Field, Jacobs... that sort of venue.
