What's your favorite offense to run and why? What kinds of players do you like to look for in that offense?

My favorite offense to run is triangle. I can tell you the best offenses to use in 3.0. But let me give you a little history lesson.

2.0 Fast break/Press was the ultimately power house of the system. It was design to exploit the system and run through guards. You would see any elite program run a fast break/press and win championships.

I can tell you the most effective offense's to run in 3.0 which are motion, triangle, flex. Motion is ran through guard's so does flex. Triangle is ran through the small forward position.

If you can get a 70 and above guard and run it at +2 and at 11 distribution. It will be killer in the triangle and you can run it through him. Although triangle is primarily run through the small forward.

From season 80-88 in 2.0 the D3 National Champion ran Fastbreak one time. Motion was predominantly used and Flex a few times.

Ward has no clue.

Seeing as how the OP didn't state a division level your point is moot. You sucked horrendously at 2.0, you probably shouldn't even talk about anything pre-3.0

Because, I was in the best conference in 3.0 division 3 Allen. Every team in there that won a championship and we aren't just talking about national championships. Used fast break/press. It is op for a reason and that was the reason they changed the game. I was just enjoying the recruiting resources I had there.

There are a lot of different ways you can go with team building. I can only use my personal experience but I run motion/man to man. I try to get guys with solid defense and higher stamina.

I don't want neither!! The op is the reason that 3.0 was born. I am not trolling...

Personally, I like triangle because you only need 3 scorers.

I like fastbreak (ATH/SPD) and flex (SPD/PER) as well because you can focus on less skills. Motion is the hardest to run IMO unless you have a REALLY good team.

There really isn't a "best" offense, they all have +/-'s.

This is more inaccurate information. I looked in to that conference to verify.
