Losing to a SIM... does that to me sometimes

Been there. I scream at my virtual players and rant a bit (usually about the younger players playing like they were at a photo shoot and the upperclassmen not stepping up). Then move on. Usually happens with my younger teams but occasionally with a seriously overrated team against an underachieving SIM or coach that autopiloted their first couple of games.

Pretty realistic from that aspect.

No, I dont think we were looking past them even tho they are coached by a hologram

Give those guys credit, they are a tough team and they played a great game tonight

Take it one game at a time, and learn from our mistakes and hopefully Jebus will watch over us.

I beat a sim by a ton in the regular season then lost by 10 in the first round of the NT. My sheet gave me a +37 rating. I know that doesn't mean much to you but to me I means 95%+ chance to win. Good thing we went to the Final Four the next year.

My national championship season opened with a loss to a Sim-coached team as a 36 point favorite. I won every other game that season by double digits until the national title game (which was won on a shot at the buzzer). I still loathe the AI and that game as being the only blemish on my record that season...

Venting: Part 2

Just lost my 4th straight coin flip. This time as a D1, losing to a D2 lol.

I get it. Lost two times as the very high to a high in the last week. One 71-29, the other a 68-32 to the same team.
