Four vs Four Draft - League IV

16 Teams: Format "E" (4 divisions of 4 Teams w/interleague)

This League features 4 Franchises going against each other for the title. The 4 Teams in each division will only use players from one Franchise and will draft those players against each other in their own separate draft. So as an example, for League 1 the four Franchises were the Dodgers, Cardinals, Yankees, and Red Sox. If you picked the Cardinals division, you were 1 of 4 Teams in the Cardinals Division and drafted only Cardinals players. If you picked the Red Sox then you were 1 of 4 teams that were in the Red Sox division and drafted only Red Sox players. All players are exclusive and you can use any season that your players played for their Franchise. So, if you were in the Cardinals division and drafted Mark McGwire you could only use one of his Cardinals seasons, not his A's seasons.
League 2 was the Braves, Giants, Orioles, Indians.
League 3 was the Phillies, Cubs, Tigers, Athletics.

League 4 will be the Reds, Pirates, White Sox, Twins.

Draft order is random round 1 then serpentine.
