Don't cast dissent. The new ownership is focused on actually working to improve the site, something that was ignored for years on this site under Fox. It is a shame that the 2018 players will be delayed but improvements to the site are more important, no? Using 2018 Player X isn't a make or break for the fun of the game, especially since we know it won't be indefinite.

What kind of improvements are we talking about?

I don't want to speak for seble but there's always foundational work that comes first when doing any kind of software migration. Bringing us onto the SportsHub platform was step 1, improving the support process has likely opened up more time for him to start doing other work. It would be nice to hear an update from him at some point, that's really my only complaint right now.

Adding new players needs to be a priority as soon as the season ends. The 2017-18 hockey players still aren't available!

At this point I don't think they will be available by opening day 2019 and I'm not even joking. It's not going to bother me though - I sent in a few questions and have yet to be answered once - they obviously do not care about the customer. I have a couple teams going right now and that's it for me they lost my business.

I don't think I buy into this argument until we see something. I completely agree that seble wants to make improvements to this site. I think SportsHub is far more motivated to improve the site. But they also have far fewer resources than Fox. Until we see evidence of actual movement in the direction of improving things, all the good intentions in the world don't matter to the customers. At the end of the day SportsHub is failing to maintain the few things Fox actually could do for this site - respond to support tickets and keep the player databases up to date. Ultimately, the problem is in your last sentence. I think it's a huge assumption, totally unsubstantiated, that things are on the road to improvement. So far all we've had is lip service to improvements since the SportsHub takeover, and until that changes I'm far from 100% confident that it's going to happen.
