I dont think support reads the forums - I just sent a ticket - consider doing the same

It's been rolling at random times the last couple seasons. Sometimes it's five in the morning, sometimes it's closer to noon. If you look for your schedule, it says it's not out yet, almost like part of Iba has rolled over.

If you get an explanation of why it's been rolling out at random times, instead of the normal 5am time, let us know.

The randomness is sort of ridiculous. Did they kick support to part-time to save a few extra dollars? At least before Fanball the trains ran on time.

since fanball, rollover has been oddly inconsistent - one thing you expect from software like this is consistent cycles.....perhaps the season rollover is a uniquely manual operation?

Seems like a manual operation. If it was automatic, you'd expect a cron job to run at a specific time like all other aspects of wis.
